Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Entry Fee Refund

Tournament registration fees are non-refundable, except when:

The tournament is cancelled by eSportsKing

Payment failed but amount was deducted

2. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

3. Cancellation by Player

Once registration is confirmed, player withdrawal will not entitle any refund.
